Alyssa is absolutely amazing! She has worked with all three of my dogs, and the results have been incredible.Not only is she an awesome trainer, but she's also extremely knowledgeable, patient, and well-versed in handling different personalities and challenges.What I appreciate most is her ability to connect with each dog individually while also teaching me how to reinforce their training at home. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine love for dogs really shine through in everything she does.Whether it's training, boarding, or just giving peace of mind that my dogs are in the best hands, Alyssa always goes above and beyond. I couldn't recommend her enough-she's the kind of trainer you hope to find but rarely do.

Words can’t describe how grateful we are for the training we had with Alyssa! We actually had no idea what professional dog training entailed prior but our new adoption needed help (aka WE needed help!)… we didn’t have the time or knowledge and knew that she deserved more. At most, we were hoping for some help with our pup’s separation anxiety, walking in a heel, and in-home manners. We felt like that was a lot to ask for in 3 weeks… We were absolutely shocked with the pup we got back after training! Not only did she transform in all the previously mentioned things, she has door/threshold manners, people meeting manners, and RECALL! And the best part is that we were able to build so much more trust and confidence in our relationship. We both respect our set boundaries and expectations. And we are SO PROUD to bring her places with us - restaurants, stores, work, other homes. Everyone always tells us how well-behaved she is! Aside from the actual pup training — Alyssa has the best client service! She comes to you for pick up and drop off! Which helped a ton for our busy schedules. She is a previous vet tech which was nice to know in the event something were to happen. She also sends the cutest daily updates with photos! Being apart for 3 weeks was tough (for me) but seeing these let me know we made the right choice! I will ALWAYS recommend a&v dog training!! Thank you for everything!!

Alyssa has been a great trainer, boarder, and overall resource for us with our pups. We have 3 dogs of all different personalities and temperaments and she has helped us with their general behaviors but also in how we can best integrate them with our lifestyles. Our dogs get so excited when they get the time to board with Alyssa and they always come back refreshed on their training that they learned through the board and train. One of our dogs was a shelter dog and her prior experience to us left her with anxiety issues which Alyssa has helped us manage to make her and us happy. Alyssa has helped us understand our dogs and their personalized needs better. We highly recommend her for all your dog training and boarding needs.
